We are looking for an Admin Assistant that can provide prompt and efficient administrative support for the Property Management department. She will be part of a team that is responsible for the day to day operations of the property.
Responsibilities:
Provides general admin support to the Department Manager in completion of daily tasks.
Serves as the main coordinator to the PMO Team in completion of assigned tasks, projects, necessary reports and resolution of clients concerns as scheduled but not limited to:
Housekeeping Concerns
Repair and Maintenance reports through MC
Monitor to ensure to Resolve owners concern
Create programs for the enjoyment of the owners
Serves as OIC and performs designated tasks of Property Admin in his/her absence.
Qualification:
With 1-2 years as an Admin Assistant with relevant experience in customer service or related position.
Experience in a residential/building property management is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
Proficient in English (oral and written); with good communication skills
Organize and people oriented
