Qualifications:
► Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real estate, or related field
► With at least one (1) year of experience in handling administrative tasks in the Property/Real Estate industry
► Excellent verbal and written communication skills
► Highly organized and detail-oriented
► Proficient in using Computer Applications (i.e., MS Office)
Duties and Responsibilities:
► Prepare contracts, purchase/rental agreements, deeds, and other essential documents for every business transaction based on agreed terms
► Receive requests for repairs and maintenance and coordinate schedule for the requests
► Daily tasks include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, distributing newsletters, and managing electronic and paper filing systems.
► Responsible for timely collecting, organizing, and maintaining rent payments
► Responsible for the timely payment of bills/utilities and the organization of financial records
► Maintain a file system that includes both electronic and physical copy documents.
► Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company, which your superiors may ask or direct you to perform.
