Our Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any business-related field.
Proficient in oral and written English.
Knows how to use GSuite: Docs, Sheets, GMail, GSheets, etc. and Zoom Call.
Must be willing to work in the office: Ermita, Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative & clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Receives Clients/Guests in person and prepares minutes during meetings.
Answers General Inquiries Online, on Facebook, Email, Text, Chat, in person.
Responsible for Following-up Clients through Call, Email, or Chat.
Performs Data Entry, Scanning, Mailing, and electronic/hard copy Filing.
Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers.
Maintains Office Supplies and Equipment.
Ensures a clean office and coordinates with service providers for repairs and/or maintenance.
Ensures timely renewal of business permits.
Responsible for ordering meals for employees.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
