JOB TITLE: ADMIN ASSISTANT
Anteriore Solutions is one of the rising tech startups in the Philippines aiming to lead the country in the digital age. We provide customized and highly efficient software solutions for companies seeking to improve their business or endeavor to expand their opportunities.
We are looking for an Admin Assistant intern which will be working directly under the head of admin and finance. The intern will be directly assisting in the business processes of the company to which you will be responsible for handling documentation and processing of the company's internal operations. This internship will be treated as a qualification period to which well performing interns can be offered a permanent position within the company. Working hours are flexible and will prioritize a task based initiative. Interns will start with a training period in which they will be required to report daily in order to facilitate the knowledge transfer needed for the position. After completing training, they can continue their work remotely and will be required to report to the office on an "as needed" basis only.

Processing of company government requirements
Processing and documentation of HR requirements
Assisting in Projects and Finance processes
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Basic Mathematics
Other Skills:
Good Time Management
Good Organization skills
Good communication skills (English and Filipino)
Works well with a team
