Responsibilities:
- Process bank errands, bills, notary, permit, photocopy and other task assigned by department head
- In charge for collections and deliveries
- Maintaining the office as clean as possible, can arrange/fix some basic repairs if needed
- Making sure that the equipments/appliance are clean and in good condition
- Can clean condo units and can do some basic repairs if needed
- Can act as representative of the company when there's a client who like to view the condo unit
- Resourceful and know how to solve problem in a given situation
- Must be Responsible and with high sense of Honesty and Integrity
- Ensure quick action to requests, handling money carefully and truthfully, answering concerns politely
- Report to work daily or according to schedule on time

- At least College level
- Preferably Male
- Must know how to drive different vehicles and with valid driver's license
