Position: Administrative Assistant
Number of hours : 20 hours / week
Job duration: 1 month
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM MST (Colorado)
Tasks:
● Typical Admin assistant task
● Respond to emails, texts, and phone calls
● Calling leads and appointment setting
● Email management and marketing
● Organize clients' personal business calendar
● Develop and maintain a filing system via CRM or Google Drive
● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
● Research and create presentations as assigned
● Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
● Take accurate minutes of meetings
● Resolve administrative problems
● Onboarding
● Help set up new agents
● Perform additional tasks or projects assigned
Requirements:
● Work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Admin
Assistant, or any relevant role is an advantage
● Excellent noting and typing skills
● Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
● Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
● Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
● Clear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skills.
● Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent communication and phone skills
● The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
