Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible for the clerical and administrative works of the department
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares Request for Payment (RFP) for utilities-rental, water, electric, metro Clark waste billing.
In-charge with processing request for driver and service unit.
In-charge with processing asset disposal/auction units.
In-charge with processing request of scrap and charging.
In-charge with processing merchandise request.
Ensures new unit, update in unit information, repairs and maintenance are encoded accurately in FMS.
Ensures new assets and transfer of assets update are encoded accurately in AMS.
Ensures that issued assets are properly account to all employees.
Ensures tagging of all company assets.
Prepares Purchase Request Slip (PRS) and process request of all requestor.
Process and monitors repair maintenance of individual service unit.
Ensures compliance with ISO policies and procedures.
Perform other task/duties as assigned by superiors from time to time.
Requirements:
Graduate with any 4year course
2-4 years experience in Computer Field
With knowledge in managing company assets and documents while also ensuring their accuracy, quality and integrity
Good communication and computer skills
Communicate clearly, concisely and effectively, both orally and writing
Self-motivated
Has Integrity
Committed to work for FMPI
