The Administration Support Services function involves a wide range of Administrative and Support tasks relating to the Corporate Secretarial & operation of the accounting practice. Essentially this role involves assisting the Office Manager perform the administration function for staff, clients, and associated entities.
Primary Role:
Corporate Services:
Preparing, collating and sending ASIC Yearly Annual Reviews including Invoices for Corporate entities
Follow up on outstanding documents & fees owed to Government bodies.
Maintenance of Corporate Registers & Corporate Affairs Database, where appropriate
Preparation and lodgment of all ASIC documents and requirements, where appropriate
Support Services:
General administration duties as required including but not limited to Coordination of all Correspondence
Follow up on outstanding documents like Tax Returns & Distribution Statements required to be returning for lodgement and filing
Preparing, collating, and sending Tax Packs to clients
ATO Lodgements, when required.
Lodgement of all tax returns, activity statements and other forms and applications
Filing a variety of scanned documents in AE database
Assistance in entering monthly disbursements into AE database for MYOB subscriptions.
Maintenance of the client database including but not limited to updating client details on all relevant databases
Requirements
0-3 years of related experience
Knowledge in accounting or prior experience working in the accounting industry will be an advantage
knowledge of the Corporate Secretarial function
Experience in corporate compliance or dealing with regulatory agencies is a plus
Team oriented with the ability to work with a diverse group of individuals;
High level of Administration ability including attention to detail and professional presentation at all times;
Good initiative to continually improve on current systems and procedures;
Intermediate to advanced computer Skills in Word, Excel and email for communication;
Knowledge in using MYOB is a plus
Time Management and Record Keeping Skills;
Professional communication style;
A high standard of dress code and personal presentation at all times appropriate to and in accordance with that of a professional accounting practice, where applicable
Willing to report in our Mandaluyong office
