Required Skill(s): a. General Administrative duties.
In-charge of building facilities - repair & maintenance, coordination with utilities and operators to the whole company.
Provide support to Management for over-all requirements for equipment, services and other needs.
Responsible in purchasing office supplies (Head office)
Receiving from suppliers and prepare transfer of supplies to Logistic / Warehouse.
Monitoring / updating records of office supplies (index card)
Responsible in monitoring all incoming mails or write and distribute email, correspondence, memos letters, faxes and forms.
Manages documents and files for proper documentation, transfer and storage, scan copy of all SEC, contracts and agreements.
Scheduling and Booking of all conference room (Head office)
Responsible in transaction of Online enrollment, Insurance, PLDT, Smart postpaid, Fleetcard , Easy Trip; Prepare the process of payment
Preparation and process of store opening & closure (contract of lease).
Update or monitoring of lease contract & insurance.
