Job Description
Reporting to management and performing secretarial duties
Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports and documents.
Do filing of important company documents
Directing internal and external calls, email, and faxes to designate departments.
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and events.
Monitoring office and housekeeping supplies and ordering replacements.
Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing and note taking.
Responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance.
Qualifications
Applicant must have his own laptop or desktop
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, or equivalent at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
With strong computer, communication and organizational skills to work with documents
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and interact with the construction project team
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, as business needs arises
Good organizational skills
Good time management.
Good communications skills, written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure
