Our client is a Property Advocate and they are experts in sourcing, negotiating and securing prime property in Australia. They have asked us to recruit an outstanding part-time Administration Assistant to assist in their growing business.
You will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks including
Filing receipts
Uploading documents to their CRM
Updating activities in their client web books
Data cleansing
Requirements
You should have/be: * at least 3 years of work experience as an Admin Assistant (MUST have)
prior experience in using a CRM, preferably Zoho (MUST have)
outstanding spoken and written English
electronic filing experience
prior experience in using web books
experience working for a property advocate or in real estate is desirable
excellent working PC/Laptop
reliable wired internet connection (speed should be at least 5Mbps for download and 3Mbps for upload)
noise-cancelling headset
quiet work environment
