Reporting to the Country Head of Operations, you'll be responsible for assisting in supporting all facets of Filta's operations in the Philippines.
Some of the responsibilities are:
Providing operational management support in line with company strategy, policies and values
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled newsletters
Being a point of escalation for local management and people issues
Setting up logistic arrangements for the deployment of equipment and other necessary needs for the work-from-home set-up of staff
Being involved in conversations with internal management and staffing, clients, BPO providers, suppliers, and provide insight, strategy and suggestions
Professionals in all backgrounds are welcome.

Requirements
Ideally, you should have:
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
A history of taking on new challenges, sticking with them and succeeding - we want to see you have the gumption to take on something, go through the pain and come out the other side winning.
A genuine interest in new workforce solutions and an understanding of how pragmatic businesses are building teams of tomorrow. Best practice process implementation and improvement is a must.
A natural desire to work with the 3Ps - Purpose, Pace, Precision.
