Responsible for the downloading and processing of timekeeping records every payroll cut-off.
Prepares all required reports to government agencies such as SSS, PAG-IBIG and Phil Health (registration of new employees) and DOLE, and maintains a separate file for each documents.
Prepare and process documentations necessary for the registration and renewal of Business Permits, Licenses, and Certificates.
Updating of Business Permits, Licenses, Certificates and related documents that are close to expiry.
Compile reports about particular incidents, events, or updates for admin, projects and monthly maintenance
Promptly respond to administrative and project incidents and other events as necessary
Coordinate with client representatives for project requirements
Prepare all requirements of project and operations and maintenance work permits
Provide required information and documents for all types of accreditation.
Submit client meeting reports to manager or supervisor.
Provide support and assistance to other management teams.
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Perform other related tasks assigned by the CEO and COO.
1. At least 3 years of proven admin related work experience
3. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
