Responsibilities:
-Performs online and administrative functions and coordinates with other personnel and departments for all requirements to support operations.
-Maintaining confidential files and handling confidential information and documents.
-Preparing and monitoring reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
-Support in organizing marketing and creative team projects.
-Preparing documents for bank-related transactions/payments.
-PA duties with the Executives, including gifting, reservations, confirming appointments, personal travel, etc.
-Operational duties include procurement of company equipment, ordering office supplies, ordering food for office events, etc.
-All other duties and responsibilities that the company executives and managers may require from time to time.
-Coordination and managing the schedules and communications with the team.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any related course.
-At least 1 - 2 years experience working in a similar position, providing administrative support.
-Highly organized and strong attention to detail and able to see the big picture.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Sound decision-making skills, including using good judgment and logical processes to arrive at an appropriate decision.
-Information-management skills, including collecting, reviewing, and monitoring, require information
-Work management, including planning, prioritizing, and organizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve specific results effectively.
-Takes initiative and has strong problem-solving skills
-Proven ability to work independently and self-motivated but also a team player.
-Good attention to detail and producing accurate work of a consistently high standard.
-Ability to maintain self-control and complete the tasks with frequent interruptions.
-Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
