Description * Will assist in various tasks related to campaign and commuincations implementation of the Customer Lifecycle Management Team namely:
Cleaning up of Databases
Ensuring headers are correct prior endorsement to Shore and/or Agency
Preparation of pre-call SMS files (deletion of duplicate/ invalid numbers) for Shore
Inclusion of only clean mobile numbers and/or email addresses for SMS and eDM blasts
Cleaning up of plan names to be cited in eDMs
Cross checking of files against DNC list
Preparation of APSIS/ Smart Messaging-ready databases
Endorsement of Databases
Sending of individual call lists to Shore on a weekly basis
Loading clean databases on APSIS and Smart Messaging
Communications Send-Out
QA validation, testing, and sending of SMS broadcasts via Smart Messaging
QA validation, testing, and sending of eDM broadcasts via APSIS
Purchase Requests
Close monitoring of expenses due to vendors - ensuring receipt of the necessary documents and successful closure of each
Filing of ARIBA entries and monitoring of approval flow; follow through with approvers as necessary
Receiving of goods/ services
Coordination with vendor for POs and invoices
Reward Fulfillment
Monitoring of reward receipt against list of eligible customers
Rewards Program/ Premium Club
Coordination of files turnover from CSD to vendor
QA validation of Project Jade DB return files against CSD submission
Monthly release of points advisory
Requirements * Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
