Requirements:
College graduate
Associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
Office Experience at least 1 year
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Knowledgeable in Xero
Strong Verbal and written communication skills
Can do multi- tasking
Can work Under Pressure

Duties and Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, maintain organization.
Documentation: Manage filing, data entry, and records for admin and purchasing.
Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings.
Communication: Handle calls, emails, and draft official documents as needed.
Supplier Management: Build and maintain vendor relationships, keep contact info updated.
Order Processing: Create and follow up on purchase orders for timely delivery.
Inventory Control: Track stock levels and coordinate needs with departments.
Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Receiving and Verification: Ensure received items meet quality standards.
Invoice Processing: Review invoices, coordinate payments, and resolve issues.
Problem Resolution: Address any issues with orders, such as delays or damages.
Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to streamline admin and purchasing tasks.
Compliance: Ensure all purchases follow company policies and guidelines.
