Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply management, preferably in a culinary, food service, hospitality, or educational environment.
Strong knowledge of food ingredients, kitchen equipment, and culinary supplies.
Ability to negotiate with suppliers and secure quality products at competitive prices.
Good understanding of inventory control and cost management.
Strong organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and purchasing or inventory systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Honest, reliable, and demonstrates integrity in handling purchasing transactions.
