This is a remote position.
Serve as first point of contact for tenants, clients, and vendors: answer incoming calls, respond to or forward emails, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Make follow-up calls to tenants, clients, or vendors as needed (e.g., regarding maintenance requests, lease renewals, inquiries).
Manage email correspondence: draft, send, and respond to emails; maintain clear records of communications.
Maintain and organize both digital and hard-copy filing systems - tenant files, lease documents, correspondence, notices, and related paperwork.
Use MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, possibly PowerPoint) to prepare documents, draft letters or notices, and manage spreadsheets or databases.
Assist with general office tasks: ordering and maintaining office supplies, handling mail (incoming and outgoing), copying, scanning, or preparing documents as needed.
Provide support to other staff or departments when required, including coordination of meetings, scheduling, and other administrative support duties.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in office or business management, or similar field
Willingness to work 4 hours per day/ 20 hours per week
Proven experience in administrative support, office coordination, customer service, or related role - ideally in property management, real estate, or development services.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn and adapt to internal software/tools.
Maintain records related to parking permits, tenant vehicle logs, facility usage, or similar property-related documents if applicable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; professionalism in handling tenant or client calls and inquiries.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
