WSP, a world leading management and consultancy firm, currently have an exciting opportunity for a Admin Assistant/Officer to join our Manila Office. This is a unique position that will give the successful candidate the opportunity to contribute to the many aspects of supporting our growing Manila business.
The Admin Assistant/Officer will be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities that encompass the many aspects of a busy professional services consultancy. As the first line of contact and support for the business, this role requires a flexible, hands-on, confident individual who can perform well in a busy corporate environment.
What you'll do:
This role covers a wide range of activities that help our business function day-to-day. It includes but is not limited to:
People management - supporting the Workplace team
Premise management - work with the tenancy as required
Front of house services - maintaining a first-class experience for clients, guests and visitors
Motor vehicles - working with the travel manager and pooled vehicles as required
Security - managing internal and tenancy related security matters from access cards to alarms
Safety, Health, Environment, Quality - ensuring all aspects of our SHEQ programs are supported
Procurement - Maintenance and purchase of general operating stationery, office equipment and supplies
Finance - Assist the Workplace Manager in monitoring and managing Capex and Opex costs to meet budget

Experience working with a large organisation desirable,
Professional presentation
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A proactive and enthusiastic team player
A self-starter who can work independently
Adherence to the requirements of WSP systems as set out in the company policies, manuals, procedures and guidelines.

Demonstrate adherence to confidentiality requirements and maintain a high level of ethical behaviour
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
