Duties and Responsibilities
· Handles overall Administrative functions
· Prepares invoices and receipts
· Coordinates deliveries and pull-outs with the Sales team, Customers, and Warehouse
· Monitors and follow-up collections to customers
· In charge of goods/stocks arriving from the Warehouse and items to be returned to Warehouse
· Receiving and Processing of Purchase Orders / Sales Orders received from Sales Department
· Coordinates with Forwarder related concerns like pick up and rate inquiries
· In charge of monitoring and filing of Demo Receipts
· Assist with all administrative duties
· Perform tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
