Position Title: Admin Assistant - AUS Shift
Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 PHP Monthly
Reports To: Accounts Manager & Client
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: June 2023
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM PHT
Responsibilities:
Chase, record, and reconcile POD and delivery notes, as well as delivery confirmations
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Monitor payments and update CRM accordingly
Provide support and assistance to Finance Leaders/Managers as required
Maintain logical and organized filing systems for documents and records
Liaise with other team members and departments effectively
Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues and external contacts
Utilize computer systems and complex databases proficiently
Possess good numeracy skills for financial tasks
Maintain integrity and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Exhibit confidence and the ability to tactfully handle debt collection when necessary
Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, proficiently
Experience with Sage and Xero is advantageous but not essential.
Qualifications:
Basic finance experience or an associated finance degree is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and processes quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and complex databases
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus
