Job Summary:
As an Admin/Accounting Associate, you would be directly working with the Managing director
and will be supporting him with not only administrative and management accounting duties but
also in streamlining processes for better and seamless business workflow. In this role, you may
perform various tasks related to billing and payroll, support vendor relations, reconcile
accounting statements, address and direct queries to proper channels, and organizing
documentation.
Job Description:
Processing project and company invoices
Updating company and project Budget
Sending client invoices
Processing Project Invoices
Reimbursements
Updating All Project Budgets with actuals vs budget
Creating process of comparing Xero with Budget (aligning codes)
A few slides on budget vs actuals
Helping type of notes from meetings
Organise and implementation of system of keeping notes
Task Management/Teams Planner (keeping track of priorities)
Accommodation Bookings
Vehicle Bookings
Flight Bookings
Community Follow-Up admin
Coordination of follow up material from meetings
Drafting letters
Creating Someva admin templates
Website updates (on Wix)
Microsoft PowerPoint updates
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a relevant field is highly preferred.
Proven 3+ years of work experience as an Admin and Accounts Assistant or a similar role.
Bookkeeping experience is a plus.
Xero Accounting software experience.
Fluency with Microsoft Suite (MS Project is a bonus)
Excellent business written and verbal English communication.
An outstanding knowledge of all areas of allocated duties with strong expertise in
computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good problem-solving acumen - can respond to complications as they present themselves and apply critical thinking to implement preventive measures.
Able to implement process improvement systems in place.
Must be able to perform tasks with high level of precision.
Must exhibit the ability to work productively and amicably with superior officers and
cooperate with other personnel.
Proficient in completing delegated duties in a timely manner.
Additional Job Details:
Set-up and Location: Office-based (Ortigas, Pasig City or Muntinlupa City or Angeles, Pampanga or Cebu City)
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM-3:00 PM (PH Time)
Employment Type: Full-time
