Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Monitoring the daily attendance of SOC personnel and coordinating with manpower agencies regarding attendance accuracy or concerns
Answers queries, schedules meetings, and supports visitors
Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, and Logistics field under an Inventory Management and Admin Assistant position
Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Keen to details and highly organized
Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
Amenable to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
