JOB DESCRIPTION
The Admin and Travel Assistant will be responsible for the booking of car rentals, and hotel, and
flight arrangements.
The travel desk takes care of travel arrangements of employees, like air ticketing, sightseeing tours, airport or location pick up or drop, etc.
For offsite events, the Admin and Travel Assistant will also be part of searching for locations, bus rentals and arrange and coordinate all activities related to the said event.
The Admin and Travel Assistant procure all the necessary information about the employee’s request to complete the registration process.
Maintaining a database of all travel-related requests that reflect accurate information and status
Admin and Travel Assistant will be responsible for processing timely payments for all official business trip requests
Admin and Travel Assistant is also responsible to update the employee regarding their requests if they are confirmed, waitlisted, or denied.
The Admin and Travel Assistant will also be tasked to assist with necessary permits related to the travel desk such as bus parking permits etc.
The Admin and Travel Assistant will also handle or arrange restaurant bookings for outside
business activities of the top executives which include regional officers
The Admin and Travel Assistant will also be responsible to collect or source for the vendor quotation if needed.
The Admin and Travel Assistant will also be tasked to process the accreditation of vendors related to official business trips
Monthly reporting will be required to be the Admin and Travel Assistant for all the travel support services rendered.
The Admin and Travel Assistant will also deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
JOB QUALIFICATION
Must be a Degree holder in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or relevant field.
Excellent in communication (oral and written)
With knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
With experience in using online booking platforms
Knowledge of corporate travel economics and travel technology tools is an advantage.
Well-organized and reliable.
