ADMIN AND SALES COORDINATOR
 
Based in Davao, the general duties and responsibilities will be to provide administrative and sales support to BMG Solar sales and installation in Davao.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Receive calls. Coordinate technical service needs of clients and prepare reports.
Research customers and conduct telecalls to customers. Schedule sales appointments.
Responsible for branch expenses and petty cash control. Submit weekly liquidation reports with supporting receipts and acceptable proof of payment.
Collection. Issue Sales Invoices and Collection Receipts
Monitor collections and deposit payments. Prepare branch expense reports.
Monitor and pay office, Utilities, Permits, Taxes and other related administrative documentation and expenses.
Inventory control and reporting of BMG Solar and Automotive products and parts.
QUALIFICATIONS
New graduates with major in Marketing, Management, Business or Communication Course.
Applicants with two (2) years' experience as Sales or Marketing Assistant will be better.
Excellent English and Tagalog oral communication skills.
Results oriented. Attention to details. Willing to work long hours to grow.
Computer savvy. Familiar with Excel, Power Point and MS Word is a must.
Creative and Self Motivated.
