Updates HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Prepares paperwork for HR policies and procedures
Processes employees' requests and provide relevant information
Coordinates HR projects, meetings and training seminars
Does sourcing and recruitment to fill up lacking personnel
Manages the department's telephone center and address queries accordingly
Prepares reports and presentations for internal communications
Provides orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
Performs other related assignments that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Can work with a team
Knowledgeable using MS Office application and/or HR software like HRIS, etc.
With proven work experience as HR Administrative is an advantage
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
