We are looking for an Admin and Facilities Coordinator to join our team and support our daily office procedures. He/She will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries and should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

What You'll Do
Process Business Permits and other Business Compliance Reports.
PEZA Coordination.
Office Materials Management (Purchasing and Inventory of Work Supplies and other consumables).
Acquire and maintain pool of suppliers for various company services.
Coordinates with Building Admin for Memo's and Office Maintenance instructions.
Facilities Handling.
What You Need to Qualify
Bachelor's Degree in any course (Office Administration / Commerce / Business Admin)
At least 6 months to 1 year minimum relevant experience.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Able to multi-task and juggle several priorities at a time in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Able to handle confidential information.
Knowledge in Supply Management and Inventory Control is a plus.
Exceptional customer service skills.
