In-charge of day-to-day operations and administrative support staff . Provides supervision in acquiring, tracking, controlling and inventories and ensure the maintenance of records and related property and supply activities for all Sort Center DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES . Responsible in Asset Tracking and Asset Auditing . Ensuring that raising of Purchase/Service Request in the System are all correct and updated . Monitors equipment is in good working condition or equipment maintenance needs are met . Ensuring payment request to vendors are monitored . Ensuring that services and expenses are all accounted for monthly accrual reporting . Responsible in ensuring that the system's records versus actual inventory data are the same . Validates discrepancies in inventories and reports the same to his/her Manager . Ensuring equipment is accessible at all times for audit purposes . Leads the Periodical Physical Inventory of Supplies & Assets . Review of a month-end inventory list per department/facility . Ensures proper endorsement and documentation of damaged equipment for disposal Job Requirements . College Graduate, Business Administration or Management and any related field . Must have background or experience in Asset/Admin role and or in any related field. Must-have skills: . Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) . Administrative Skill (Time Management & Organization) . Verbal and Written Communications . Great attention to detail . Can work with minimal supervision . Healthy and physically active
