Hello, future teammate. We're looking for an Acumatica Consultant who controls every stage of the design and testing processes.
To be transparent, we would like to share important details about this role which include:
What you need to succeed
Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Acumatica Consultant with Acumatica
At least 3 years of software consulting experience (i.e., NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, Microsoft, and Sage ERP)
Implementations experience
Manufacturing/distribution OR accounting/finance experience required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook is required
Strong comprehension and application of the English language, spoken and written
Nice-to-have:
Project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping, and end-to-end process experience
The day-to-day tasks you get to excel in
Assist customers in optimizing the strategic business value from firm goods to present them with the vision of their end-state solution and roadmap.
Analyze the business needs, goals, and requirements of the clients and adapt them to the processes, solutions, and modules being used by the firm.
Examine and resolve intricate client problems, including data and procedures.
Ensure seamless transition through customer lifecycle working closely with presales, professional services, and support teams.
Provide necessary support for financial/ distribution Modules / Solutions.
Supply ERP functional consulting and education services at customer sites
Conducts periodic status checks with clients and teams to assess projects against plans. Drafts re-forecasts of project variables as necessary and recommends to senior team members to assist in maintaining final product quality.
Take part in system testing, customization, and quality control tasks.
Develop know-how and expertise in domain field products.
Report writing, creation of dashboards and queries to pull data
Data Imports to upload customer, vendor, inventory, and GL data
Configuration and setup of Acumatica
Creation of training documentation
Creation of workflow and alerts
