Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Calls customers for verification of account details following the prescribed process and instructions.
Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records by updating account information as required.
Escalates customer issues to Management to ensure customer expectations are met with standard procedures.
Report system problems, errors or technical issues.
Comply with other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Fluent in Tagalog and/or English language
At least 1 year technical/ customer support experience in call center environment is required.
Amenable to work of weekends, holidays and extended work hours (if needed).
Must be willing to work on site and from home.
Must have a stable internet connection at home (at least 15mbps), personal computer, and headset.
