ABOUT THIS JOB
This role supports essentials and connects BI rollout. Execution of activation tasks to enable Self Serve Analytics Experience mission for our Manufacturer and Retailer Clients and execute the internal roll-out tasks for our Associates to Transform Service Model through Digital Tools and Content.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute Essentials Activation Process: for our client and our associates to enable self serve the mission
Activating Essentials & Connect Express: regionally working with country Ops, GCD, Sales, and PL teams.
Analytical Content Readiness: Collect internal/external Analytical requirements, making sure the respective country/region requirements are embedded in Analytical Content. Enable the respective region to leverage Analytical Content and validation of Analytical content.
Business Plan and Kick-off with Country Leadership: Secure alignment on priorities with Country Leader, Build Country Activation Team, Complete Go2Market Strategy, and Define Client Groups to Activate.
Prerequisites: Complete Knowledge Check both front end and back end champs, Lead local instruction and particularities checklist process, Review Translation requirements, Inform CX/Essentials Enhancement and RateCard updates
Planning & Analysis: Map the end-users in scope to secure access to the system and execute knowledge ramp-up program, Develop detailed roll-out plan per the outcome of step#2, Build Capacity Plan and secure with the tech team, Roll Out Client Activation Tracker. Support RFPs in flight
Solution Implementation: Lead database set-ups, Complete internal user training, Prepare initial set-ups for the client, Complete Go2Market awareness session and rate card for all client contacts
Client Activation: Client user mapping, Accounts & BA activation, Client Training Planning, Establish Client Support Community, Retire Legacy Analytics/Tools
Post-Go-Live Support: Collect feedbacks from Clients, Constantly review success factors with clients, Monitor client adoption progress and define improvement actions accordingly, Communicate improvements & enhancements with Clients.
Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree
Min 2 years in NielsenIQ Operations/PL/GCD/Sales roles and min 2 years management experience)
Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, good in problem-solving/decision making, Multifunctional team drive.
Experience in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
Experienced in handling regional projects. as this is a regional role
