Job Description :
Identify and target potential sellers who can benefit from Shopee's FBS services.
Conduct outreach and acquisition activities to build a robust seller pipeline.
Prepare and deliver pitch materials tailored to seller needs, demonstrating FBS program values.
Coordinate closely with Seller Ops Service and BD KAMs / RMs to align acquisition efforts with onboarding and operations support.
Guide sellers through the FBS registration process, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed.
Track and report acquisition metrics, continuously improving outreach strategies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development within e-commerce of similar fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of pitching ideas and collaborating with diverse audiences.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and seller management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
About the Team :As an Acquisition Manager for Shopee's Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) team, you'll be dedicated to expanding our seller network by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new sellers to our FBS program. You will closely collaborate with our Seller Operations Service team and BD Key Account Managers (KAM) to ensure smooth onboarding and maximize seller potential.
