Job Purpose:
Responsible for a wide range of activities and action items related to accounting processes and client and stakeholder engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Gathers and evaluates account data to create asset, liability, and capital account entries.
Account information is entered to record financial transactions.
Compiles data and produces a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize the current financial status.
Reconciles financial inequalities by acquiring and analyzing account data.
Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls.
To arrange payments, requests disbursements and verify documentation.
Gathers, examines, and distills account data and market trends to provide specialized financial reports.
Maintains and protects operations by keeping financial data private.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participation in professional societies, attendance at educational programs, reading professional periodicals, and the development of personal networks.
Completes the task in order to attain the intended result.
Contributes to the team's efforts by completing pertinent tasks as needed.
Performs other tasks and assignments that are deemed necessary for operational needs.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting is required.
Minimum 2 years working experience in related field
Must be knowledgeable in Philippines Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue), PAGCOR (Philippine Gaming Corporation) registered user regulations and guidelines
Good Interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Highly adaptable and motivated individual.
With Integrity

Knowledgeable and skilled in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Access)
Good IT skills
Exceptionally analytical and detail-oriented
Accounting software knowledge such as Microsoft Dynamics, Quick Books, and SAP is preferred.
