The Accounts Receivable collects outstanding accounts receivable by communicating with clients to resolve issues. The AR is responsible for all aspects of collections, identifying customer billing issues, and will be accountable for reducing the accounts receivable delinquency of assigned accounts. The AR must be able to effectively communicate in a professional manner with both internal and external customers providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Senior high school
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Communication and persuasion
