Lead and manage Accounts Receivable Team responsible for collection of receivables, application of cash, and reporting.
Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team.
Optimize global processes and establish goals and monitor key performance metrics to measure the quality and efficiency of the Team
Develop solutions and problem solve to accommodate business growth

Minimum Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of related experience
