Accounts Receivable supervisorZalora

We are looking for a Supervisor for our Account Receivables (AR) Team who can oversee AR-related transactions. The role will be in a temporary work-from-home arrangement however, if needed will be asked to visit the office in Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX) from time to time. The role will be reporting to the Associate Manager for the AR Team.
Responsibilities:
Closely monitor collections
Ensure proper recording of all Collections, Refunds and other AR-related transactions
Interface reconciliation and reporting of discrepancies
Checks the Billing Statement prepared by the Accounting Assistant.
Prepares Aging of Accounts Receivable and possible issuance of demand letter for delinquent accounts.
Reviews and discusses with AR Head any concerns with the reconciling items, such as variances/discrepancies.
Propose adjusting journal entries to ensure accounts are accurate.
Monitors Cash Advance and Liquidations
Lead AR Clearing activities
Internal and External audit liaison
Balance Sheet Reconciliation of AR, Deferred and Unbilled revenues, Refunds and Wallet Accounts, Intercompany
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. CPA is a plus.
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General Accounting, Accounts Receivable or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Advanced Microsoft Excel, Billing and Collection, BS Reconciliation, SAP
Highly analytical, keen on details, works well under pressure and willing to extend working hours.
With good communication & interpersonal skills.
Amenable to work in MCX E-commerce Center, Muntinlupa City
