ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE STAFF
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business related course
With at least 1 year experience of related work with knowledge in basic Accounting Process
Strong Analytical Skills
Job Duties:
Monitors payments aging to remind clients of their amount due
Reviews billing details to ensure list of clients for invoicing is updated and accurate
Updates Collection report on cash collections, cheque collections, and bank deposits on a timely manner
Responds to customer inquiries relating to account issues and reconciles customer accounts and disputes
