Accounts Receivable StaffKeymotors Inc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor all marketing support, discounts and promos from supplier
Prepare monthly statement of Accounts in all sales on account and other receivables
Follow up collection of accounts receivable and other related transactions
Record/post all credit memos and payments in the system
Reconcile AR and other related entries in the system
Prepare monthly AR reports and schedules
Perform other duties as assigned by the management
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, Financial Management, and other related courses in this field;
Must be efficient in using Microsoft Offices (Excel & Word) and Accounting Systems;
With at least 1 year experience in this field;
