Accounts Receivable StaffPower Generator Solutions Phils. Inc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data.
2. Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits.
3. Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
4. Resolving clients' billing issues.
5. Facilitating payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
6. Generating financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.
7. Proactively engaging in continuous improvement initiatives for the AR process.
8. Support internal and external audit requirements.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. Must possess a diploma/degree in Accounting, as well as prior experience in a similar role.
2. Must be well versed in the MS Office suite. Knowledge of Oracle, SAP or similar accounting software is a plus.
3. Can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Organized and possesses high attention to detail.
5. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
