Job Description Summary:
The incumbent of the position is responsible for the monitoring of record on all accounts payable processed by the department. All expenses that are incurred over time must be well checked by the incumbent. The position is expected to follow the standard of the whole Accounting Process in accordance to the set rules of the company and the law.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation of accounts payable and check vouchers, BIR 2307 for supplies, and Monthly Expense and Budget
Preparation of Purchase order, Expanded Withholding Tax, Input and Output Tax schedule for input to BIR Relief
Preparation of VAT Sales deliverables monthly
Monitoring and encoding of Invoice Deductions
Preparation of monthly adjustment of entries and contribution report
Monitoring of BIR 2307 from customers
Preparation of bank reconciliation reports monthly.
Perform other tasks given by the immediate superior from time to time
Desired Skills and Experience
At least 1 year of experience as Accounting Assistant
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/ Finance Accounting/ Business Administration
Strong background in the field is required for the position
With an experience to the similar field is preferably in the position but not required.
Must be well versed with Quick books application
Must be proactive and can work well in a team.
