JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is a Japanese manufacturing company for digital products such as printers, camera, fax machine and others. The company has been operating in the Philippines for 20 years.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
At least 1 yr working in recording and posting of various AR transactions
At least 1 yr of experience in preparing Journal Entries for various AR adjustments
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the timely recording and posting of various AR transactions.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of recording at all times by reconciling the
Daily Collection Receipts(DCR) against the Cash Receipts Journal
Analyze and posts creditable withholding tax certificates at the ERP System
Coordinates unapplied and unposted payments to all concerned
Prepare related AR schedules that maybe assigned the immediate superior to support financial statements
