ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE SPECIALIST

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to be part of our team.
He/She is responsible for the performance of accounting related tasks, including general accounting, treasury tasks, accounts receivables duties for the company's and affiliated Entities.
He/She will work closely with the Controller and other Accountants as necessary to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely completion of finance tasks.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all customer invoices, including obtaining proper approval and coding, entering into billing system and submitting to client.
Monitor all customer payments and post to ledger when collected.
Own collection processes - monitoring past due balances, communicating with customers, and driving collections to reduce DSO.
Own sales use tax processes and filings.
Completes assigned monthly and year-end accounting procedures.
Completes assigned routine reconciliation of Company's balance sheet accounts, to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory mandates.
Support ad hoc reporting & special requests as directed by the Controller.
Perform assigned duties to ensure compliance with internal control policies to protect the assets of Company's.
Requirements
With at least an Associate's degree in accounting/finance is preferred.
At least two to three years of accounting experience is required.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience with NetSuite preferred.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
Willing to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas
