Directly assist the Accounts Payable/General Manager with any administrative tasks that she needs help with
Send invoices and collect payments on time
Create and enter data to spreadsheets and forms
Collect past due payments
Answer inbound calls and call clients as needed
Email management
Enter and analyze bus repair expenses
Any other tasks as assigned
Must be willing to work on site - Eastwood, Quezon City
Fast-learner, coachable, proactive and able to multitask efficiently
Self-disciplined and detail oriented
Diligent, honest and responsible
Willing to be assigned at anytime and any day of the week
Fluent in written and verbal English
Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and research skills
Can work independently or in a team with little to no supervision
