ADDMORE Outsourcing is a BPO firm that partners with a variety of international companies to help them optimize their operations by providing valuable resources and systems management knowledge. It is currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Finance Manager to join its growing team in the Philippines.
Financial statements and forecasting reports will be your responsibility. and the ability to process pending invoices and collect payments
Responsible for supervising and training team members, as well as regularly coordinating with the Accounts Receivable team. Must be able to make payment collection reminders for clients and be familiar with accounting software.
You will be given preference over other candidates if you can display good leadership characteristics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring invoice processing and payment collections.
Preparing, maintaining, and updating quarterly, monthly, and yearly financial forecasting reports.
Maintaining receipt of bills and invoices.
Coordinating with the Accounts Receivable Clerk to keep a tab on the payments due.
Negotiating with clients and settling non-payment disputes.
Collecting and processing invoice payments while adhering to the laws and regulations.
Setting and communicating bill payment reminders and deadlines to clients.
Keeping up to date with the industry best practices.
Supervising, training, and managing team members.
Performing timely credit checks.
Tracking all clients payment transactions.
Suggesting ways to improve and minimize receivable balances.
Reviewing and recommending credit limits.
Verifying accounts receivable data.
Providing client support by addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Generating and managing cash receipts.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA certification is mandatory.
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar position in the Accounting department.
Familiarity with accounting software.
Complete understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and laws.
Excellent accounting and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good leadership skills.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to offer customer satisfaction.
This is a Work from Home (WFH) set-up.
