About the Role
We are looking for talented people with a 'can-do' attitude and strong customer service approach to join our Grundfos family in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the successful candidate executes all activities as defined in the SLAs/OLAs for selected local companies.

Responsibilities:
Following up with Customers via email and Phone regarding outstanding debt
Liaising with Internal Sales Staff regarding held orders and Customer claims / queries
Releasing held orders in a timely manner, or advising the Customer reason for not releasing
To execute daily cash application activities
To execute all bank clearing functions and perform daily and monthly reconciliations
To manage all incoming payments automatic and manual both
To manage any requests from the Service Portal
To prepare Cash and Banking-related reports (e.g. age structure of accounts receivables, etc.)
To execute closing activities (monthly, quarterly, year-end)
Execute reconciliation of account balances
Running Statements
To execute all other Cash and Banking-related tasks requested by Group Leader or Manager
To manage additional process or project related tasks using the relevant Grundfos experience
Escalate any cash handling compliance issues to the Cash & Bank Controller to be managed appropriately
Produce appropriate information and back up as required for external audits or statutory reporting
Training of other team members
Update process documentation
Follow IC requirements
Propose process improvement ideas
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 2-3 years' experience in credit analysis and credit management at a Shared Service Centre is preferred
Understand and good overview of the end to end OTC processes
Experience working with Credit Managers and external agencies
Strong accounting, MS Excel knowledge and SAP experience is preferred
Experience in process improvement and in coordination of small Projects
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Communicative, people oriented personality
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics or equivalent
