Duties and Responsibilities:
Reconcile accounts receivable, check those with special rates and request manifest collections
Charge bill issuance and follow-up billing and collection
Monitor ageing accounts and with terms
Coordinate other branches for services rendered and correct billing, charges and other rates discrepancy
Making statement of account for final billing
Coordinate with client accounting for the check issuance of payment
