Responsible candidate for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues. The must have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient at accounting software and MS Offices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Master Maintenance
Ensure that all invoices are properly recorded and on time
Daily sales update to aid treasury on their daily cash flow
Accounts Receivable reconciliation
Matching of Payment to invoice
Recording of all claims and deductions related to trade collections.
Preparation of Debit and Credit Memo related to trade collections and claims.
Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments.
Reconcile A/R to the G/L
Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
At least 1-2 years experience in handling Accounts Receivable
Proficient in Microsoft Offices
Keen to details
Preferably with experience in Retail industry
