Sales Invoice
Update, verify and maintain paid and unpaid customer's sales invoices.
Prepare, give and assist all Sales Agents in providing Invoices and DR for receiving to customers for collection.
SAP System
Prepares entries in SAP System Sales Returns and Inventory transfer.
Record Management
Sort and monitors BIR Sales Invoices for bookbinding purposes.
Assist with month-end closing.
Maintains accounts receivable customer files and records.
Monthly Reportorial
Prepare monthly detailed Sales Report.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
