Job Summary
 Ensures that the company receives timely payment for goods/services provided to clients
 Timely and accurate processing of invoices
 Timely escalation of customer issues to sales and service
 Maintains, organizes and stores financial records and related documents in a timely manner
Job Requirements
 Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance and Accounting or any related field
 With at least two (2) years' experience handling Accounts Receivable or General Accounting Function.
 Has a Basic Accounting and finance skills
 Excellent in MS Excel
 Basic accounting and finance skills:
Understanding bank, accounting and finance jargon and language
 Analytical and strategic thinking:
Looking at complex numbers, finding disparities, & reconciling them at the soonest to fast track collection.
 Ethical conduct and professional behavior:
Trustworthy; able to keep confidential information and documents including company financials and other sensitive information and documents.
Respectfully works with all stakeholders both internal and external.
