Billing generation and processing
Sends customer billing thru e-mail or via portal including updating POD on Sales Force
Maintains completeness of NVAT, XVAT and ZVAT Certificates
Follow-up of monthly collection thru sending of SOA
Negotiate with customers with dues below 30 days (includes recommendations on payment terms)
Original Receipt preparation (for online payments) including sending to client either thru e-mail or courier and updating of POD in SF
Application of Payment thru SalesForce
Regular update on assigned task/s under SF
Billing, Credit, and Collection experience is an advantage
Understands the whole cycle of billing and collection processes
Credit processing and receivables management experience
Credit Law knowledge is an advantage
Familiar with different Accounting systems
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
